Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Non-destructive testing is a testing discipline that has been around for many years. Used mainly for the ability to test for corrosion and fatigue in products and assemblies. NDT can be used to inspect welds for cracks, plastic for flaws, components for fatigue and many other applications. With advances in technology of NDT, testing disciplines can be applied to most projects with reliable results.

We provide testing, training and consultation in the following NDT disciplines:

Phased Array UT
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Eddy Current Testing (ET)
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Penetrant Testing (PT)
Radiography Testing (RT)

Eddy Current inspection of titanium heat exchanger tubing
Slag pocket in a weld found with angle beam UT

All of our non-destructive testing is supervised by our ASNT Level III. Our testing technicians have the experience necessary to provide reliable inspection results.

We have worked on projects for pulp and paper, power generation, manufacturing, government agencies, and other assignments that make up our extensive inspection experience.
